As the saying goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is," and that is no exception to our industry.
One place you will never find us is on a deal website like Groupon. Why, you may ask? We take pride in the services we offer to our customers. We refuse to cut corners or eliminate a step in our process to reduce costs. We would rather charge fair prices, work hard to gain our customer's trust and deliver the service level they expect. We build trust one customer at a time.
Other companies may offer incredible deals to get their foot in the door only to get the job and then make a huge upsell pitch. Unfortunately, while this is a painful reality, rest assured we will never offer a service to a customer if they don't need it. Our techs are trained to make suggestions ONLY if they see a customer would benefit from an additional service.
Our view is that it's unethical to upsell a service that isn't needed. We are not in the one-time transaction business; we are building lifetime customer relationships within both the residential and commercial markets. By building that trust with our customers and staying true to our work, our customers return year after year.
